The MACE Internship Guarantee
Every MACE flagship program ends with an internship placement. This page sets out exactly what that means, what we commit to, what is expected of you, and what happens if we cannot place you.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee applies to learners who complete a MACE flagship program in full: AI & Data Science, AI Product Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, Data Engineering, or Agentic AI.
- An internship placement with a hiring organisation, arranged by the MACE placement team.
- Placement support continues after the program ends until you are placed — it is not limited to the final week of the cohort.
- Across learners placed so far, the average time from program completion to internship start is 90 days.
What MACE commits to
- A reviewed GitHub portfolio of deployed projects before you are put forward to any organisation.
- Interview preparation covering technical screens, project walkthroughs, and role-specific questions.
- Introductions to hiring organisations in our network, with your profile shared only with your consent.
- A named point of contact on the placement team for the duration of your search.
What is expected of you
The guarantee is conditional. To remain eligible you need to:
- Attend live sessions and complete every module of your program.
- Publish all required projects to GitHub and pass the portfolio review.
- Respond to placement-team communication and attend interviews you are put forward for.
- Be legally eligible to take up an internship in India.
